I was honestly wondering if those stories were true. One of Rich's ex-girlfriends told me [I think privately, so maybe I shouldn't be saying this, but I guess it also doesn't matter as much now] that Rich would routinely go outside to get his sperm swallowed by benders who paid Rich to "train" them, and provide them with in-car sperm-based protein shakes. She said that these benders had little interest in training, and were mostly paying Rich just to be seen with a massive man in public. I think that was the primary purpose, with even the sperm protein shakes being only secondary.
She also said he did upwards of 10x Oxycontin 80mg pills daily.
And if I recall correctly, the forensic pathologist actually forgot to test Piana's blood for drugs, or lost the vials of blood prior to the scheduled time of testing.
Further...I think Piana was in a medically-induced coma for about a month before it was finally decided to pull the plug. So any drugs that he was on would have long cleared his system by the date of his death.
So I guess the full extent of Rich's drug use, if any, at the time of his death [or any other] will never be confirmed medically [if it happened at all].
