Bodybuilding is so fucked up.    He should have asked for arm measurements.  Most 21" arms would be 18". A muscular 18" arm is huge.  I know many will say their grandma has a 21" arm. No fat guy measurements. Only lean muscle measurements.

Pretty stupid to say they are taller than they say as they are all wearing big sole sneakers so they basically are as tall as they say they are.

That was pumped they just did shoulders and bis and tapes were noticeably crooked so I would say 22-22.25”.look how crooked that tape is on jay in pic of vid.actually I’d prob say 21.5-22”
