These UK guys are ridiculously strong. (James, Luke, JP, etc)...Thought they were gonna learn from Ronnie and not kill themselves w/ weight?https://www.instagram.com/p/B8ttGVrgU_W/
How do you acquire that direct link for an Instagram video?
Look at the tart in the background doing her hair in the mirror. The gym is for battle, for WAR!! It ain't no hair salon
No safety's set either... OK he's got a good spotter but still... Maybe for some people the psychology is that with nothing to catch them, they must pull that last rep from the bag...
Who are these faggits
He did a 800 lb deadlift the other day as well. Luke was a bit "on his case" saying "we dont need to be lifting like that these days".Too much to lose.
if his hamstring or quad tears that last rep wont be being pulled from anywhere...
at his stage in his career, he isnt getting any bigger, not through huge poundages, the risk reward ratio is way too high.Does he really believe 20 reps with 400 is going to result in less gains than 6 reps with 600.
Good point - I like to Lift / Train Heavy always have a come from a Powerlifting Background Though there is a Limit to Going heavy just for the sake of it. The weights are just a tool - Use The Most appropriate Tools you can.
When you train heavy you always set the safety's if you're using a cage/rack/frame though, right?(And even safety's can't help tools like this )
