It's hard to compare Sr and Jr since Jr has the GH and the insulin but Jr is holding more muscle and the leanness isn't even comparable. Sr maybe had bigger arms relative to the torso but in absolute terms Jr has more muscle. Anyone know their respective heights and contest weights?

Everyone here also felt that the 2019 Olympia was one of the worst Olympia’s ever. The projected top 3 guys were not there.

But I remember the first time i saw him in person (competing at an Aussie pro) when he walked out he looked like he was just over 5 foot tall and he was absolutely as thick as shit and just shredded to the bone.

I'm comparing him to the other pro's, he was way thicker, way denser a very impressive sight that pictures do not portray. he had many flaws but seeing such a very short guy carry that mass impressed me.

I thought his biggest weakness was his doughy back.
I think it was 2009, when he walked out at the O he looked extremely "advanced", hard to explain but these types of physiques are hard to judge. If you go and judge each muscle individually and judge the structure it's pretty crappy but some guys make one hell of an impact with sheer muscularity so where do you put them in a line-up?
