Hands free? -Not necessarily. Some guys get erections that point 'north', so to speak, if they push it 'south' until it is perpendicular to one's stomach, it literally snaps back into a northerly position or parallel to one's abdomen. Some poor fellows get erections that point 'east' or 'west' which is not so much fun when they have a partner,(Peyronie's disease). Oh, and by the way, NO HOMO!
You're pushing it with your hand and letting go, so the snap back would be hands free.
Peyronie's disease is an injury to the shaft that can cause it to kink in any direction, but you can get penors that naturally curve to the left or right.
Why is that an issue for the partner though? Just an aesthetics thing?
