Synthol may have prematurely ended his career but it was one hell of a career. He did amazing considering his genetics and he is still alive with all his limbs and not on dialysis.  BTW, Darrem did Synthol too, not to forget

I gotta say Milos' ideas about training for detail and striations is absolutely rudiculous. Milos wasn't very detailed himself and absolutely no one improved their detail and striations as a pro. Not one.

GOOD POST...but darrem hit the formula just right and got some needed size and put together close to or more than 10 pro wins on the smaller level shows..milos yes was a great competitor competed over 70 shows i believe was top 10 or better in at least 80pct of those...great build until those arms were done stupidly.

Milos is a freaking genius compared to some of these guys though . Look at Trigili, look at Fakri lmao, The Chad etc.
I believe some of these guys can still have value as a coach on a psychological level despite being pretty stupid.
And conversely a genius could suck as a coach for many reasons. But still, the drug knowledge is quite pathetic for some of these guys. I looked at Trigili's interviews with Chad... to have this guy handling injectable diuretics and experiments with different IV stuff is nuts.

Dave shoulders are fucked from whatever synthol he sells.  I don’t understand how it just destroys the muscle tissue probably through some sort of nerve damage.  But PJ Braun has the same dead non existent shoulders as dave does and he was dave client probably using dave synthol. It’s weird all 3 deltoid head atrophy to wear it looks like only the rotator cuff muscles must work a lot to articulate the shoulder joint.

Milos was one of the top guys when he competed. Always came looking really good....great symmetry, abs, and legs.

Anyone who is a contender for the top titles has to make decisions about what he is willing to do to be number 1.

The sad truth is most will never be number 1 no matter what they do!

Maybe contenders shouldn't try to use unnatural means to over-compensate lacking body parts, etc.?

When the look is obviously fake then the procedure was over done.
