To the naysayers i did time with a guy i may have mentioned before who walked around damn near stage ready every day eating the exact same soy based 1500cal a day diet we all did. He was real short like 5ft4 ish and probably 170lbs ripped to the bone with full muscle bellies and a perfect structure. He told me he never worked out and hated the idea and xonstantly had to tell people as much. We would go out to do our pullups dips and pushups (the only equipment allowed is on of those pullup/dip things with no moving parts) and once or twice in the 2 months i was there i saw dude come out and just to show off he knocked out 30 super fast perfect pullups and then i shit you not without resting knocked out at least 20 with one arm. Didnt bother doing the other arm said hes done as many as 50 pullups without stopping and got too bored to keep going. He had veins in his lower abs. I was convinced he was sneaking gear and gh in and i kept a close eye on him and never saw any possibility. He was dominican i think. Could have walked onstage at any local show and taken at least amateur class without dieting tanning dropping water etc. It really pissed me off seeing as i was hving the trustees sneak me trash bags so i could fill with water and hold over my head to do squats and i looked like crap. Lost a lot of muscle. I was down to 210lbs feeling anorexic and soft as fck and this dude joviantly walked around sub 6% and had never touched a weight in his life.
So yeah this kid being natty is very possible.

Here is my question for you... was he white?
I've been a C.O. for the past 8 years, and have seen a few monsters. I'm talking dudes who would dwarf the fuck outta this guy, and are in similar condition, but not a single one of them is white. Come to think of it, I've only seen a handful of white guys who even looked like they even worked out, even though most of these fuckers worked out all the god damn time, went to the mess hall to get their bread for carbs , and ate nothing but tuna and markerel for protein.
At the same token, I had a con on my dorm a few years ago that ate like fucking shit (2 honey buns a day) along with a combination of crackhead soup and tuna, and this guy was a god damn fucking monster! His ID said he was 5'10" and 230, but he looked like he weighed 270, I swear.
The reason I say this is that whites do not have the genetics to get big without drugs. I honestly believe this. If you see a dindu that is fucking huge and claims natty, there is still a small chance that he is (probably 1%), but if you see a white boy that is ripped to shreads and full like this and claims natty, there is pretty much a .00000000000000000000001% chance he is.
