It could be totally unrelated, but not knowing where the bleed started is the thing.

I would take a break from gear or go to trt dosages back the food off and do some more cardio, drop some fat and water, get your weight down a bit.

 Let things settle down.

I stayed home and rested 3 LONG weeks. Dr said i could lift after this time. Ive gone 3 days this week and feel fantastic thank God. All abdominal discomfort related to the hematoma is gone. Now im focusing on keeping it gone if i could just isolate the reason WHY i was bleeding in tbe first place.

Bioceuticals and ethical nutrients make good probiotics.

I will check out what they offer later today. Thankks for the input.

Stop eating wheat / gluten and see what happens. I was at 250 lbs, always bloated, insides felt like crap, and I thought it must be my age and just to accept it ( I'm 50 ). Stopped eating gluten 4 months ago and I literally have not had a single day when I've felt "bloated" since. Even if I stuff myself with food sometimes, all that happens is that my stomach gets full then in a few hours it's flat again. No residual bloat, nothing. My digestive system feels like it did when I was in my twenties. I still eat meat, cheese, and pretty much everything. Just stopped eating gluten.

Down to 227 lbs now and still dropping. My body shed about 7 - 8 lbs of water within 3 days of eliminating gluten. Lots of really good choices now for gluten-free breads and bagels. Just make sure you toast them otherwise they taste somewhat bland.

Funny you mention this as my mother has been going on about her gluten allergies last couple years. I didnt take her serious but im going to look into it now. Shes got the same lactose intolerance i do.

I had Colitis 2 years ago and lost 40 fucking pounds.........looked like a dead man.

All they could do for mde was advise me to take OTC probiotics.............. did jackshit for me.

You`d be better off taking Papaya enzyme,Bromelian,or Hydrochloris Acid pills.

Maybe mix a Tbsp, of Apple Cider Vinegar that contains Betaine into 8 oz. of water to help improve digestion......has to contain Betaine  (local health food store should have it )

On a sidenote I bought top shelp higher priced probiotics.............. ..save your money is my 2 cents worth.

Good to know. A friend of mine had colitis and i recall the day i met him and his girlfriend watching him dart behind a tree to poop. Said he couldnt hold it i was semi horrified but we have remained friends since.

No need for probiotics if you eat a keto diet or a carnivore diet.  No more burping and farting.

I dont think my bodybuilding ambitions agree with either diet but good to keep in mind.

I'm lactose intolerance. The cure was to stop eating milk products. Problem solved.  With me I was always slightly intolerant. As I grew older  it completely got out of hand. Thought I had a serious stomach issue.  When I gave up milk and yogurt the cure came quick. You can buy lactose free milk in most major supermarkets. The best protein supplement I have ever had is Fairlife protein found in Bj's. 30 grams of protein from real lactose free milk. So many whey isolate powders claim to be lactose free and my stomach calls them a liar.  Also if anyone claims they have a better tasting protein drink they are also a liar. In 40 years of buying these fart powders nothing compares to Fairlife bottles of protein.

I dig fairlife! As to lactose free milk such a tjing does not exist they just add lactaid to the milk. I buy it from costco and i still get issues. I bought lactaid tablets and STILL have issues....sigh....

The BEST probiotic for anyone is SAUERKRAUT

Best if you make it yourself... only bad part, it takes about two months of fermentation

Making Sauerkraut is almost like making wine (fermentation)... It is easy and very cheap though. About 3 to 4 dollars worth of CABBAGE, 4 table spoons of salt and a gallon bottle of DISTILLED WATER and that is it.

If you have a Russian, German etc community/restaurant/stores near you, you can buy some already made fresh Sauerkraut and use it while making your own at home.

The bacteria count in Sauerkraut is measured in the TRILLIONS per serving and a serving is about two fork fulls and or you can drink only the liquid (about a shot glass) and reap tremendous benefits from it.

Here is a video of making Sauerkraut at home... There are many videos on Youtube, but it is a simple process and some videos really complicate it.

You don't need pickling salt, but you want NON IODIZED SALT... Iodine will kill the probiotics you are actually making. Just PLAIN salt from any company will do. You can also use HIMALAYAN or SEA salt as well.

Stepfather used to make this all the time. I never liked it but im desperate.

I am already onto it. I love it.... found a lactose free one. I haven’t taken probiotics for a couple of years now as kefir is much more affordable.

If i find the lactose free version ill give it a shot
