It's true this emphasise on fullness is why we see such piss poor detail on stage these days, back in the day you could be a bit flat and get decent placings, now if your even slightly flat your out....

I think a Hebrew should answer the "Prime Shawn Ray vs. Prime Dexter Jackson" question, to ensure no racism or White Privilege, or racist White Privilege influences the answer. Notice how in first sentence there, I put Shawn Ray on the "A" side?

So using that standard, as Wiggs said:

Prime Shawn Ray > Prime Dexter Jackson

A Hebrew view that...uhh...just happens to match my own.

I believe that Prime Shawn Ray also quite possibly beats a Prime Flex Lewis, in the 212-lb category...although I would need to examine that one more carefully...Shawn's edge in conditioning may be surpassed in Flex's edge in mass.

As for bodybuilding today vs. bodybuilding twenty years ago...has eating mass quantities of food, using steroids, hormone peptides, and cutting agents, as well as training [hypertrophy + cardiovascular] changed much in the past twenty years? If so, how?

TO shawn's credit in his pro career he looked like he suffered 'face'condition,i'd say dex over the long haul got bigger than ray,but ray had better muscle shape at least on top /there legs seperation wise same both had good legs not'ideal'shape like say milos had insane legs split and sweep deep cuts.ray had a better flow and muscle bellies were great TO DEX..

That being said Shawn had better flow to his physique and he had pop, the “better physique” dexter def was the “better bber”

Dex contradicts himself too much, says size isn’t everything and it’s the overall package, then he says he’s bigger than Shawn, therefore he’s better, says says can’t compare different era, then says Arnold wouldn’t be able to compete in the modern era and had weak legs
