When Greg Kovacs died in 2013, someone on Getbig [I think a German Getbigger] posted a video of Markus Ruhl at a seminar/Q&A, where he said that the death of Kovacs concerned him, and that his heart was "as big as an elephant".  I think he said as big as an elephant.  Or as big as an elephant's heart.  It was in German, and I was relying on the translation from the Getbigger who posted it.

So I can't be 100% certain that Markus Ruhl is doing ok physically - mentally, he seems to be doing quite well, I am just concerned about his health, given that he is 48 now [as of this past February], and is still pretty massive, as far as I can tell from the YouTube updates I see of him on here from time to time.

Not to bash your list or anything - it's a good list, and I think you more or less nailed it there.  I had totally forgotten that Tom Prince had competed at the 2002 Night of Champions.  I know he placed 3rd in a highly competitive 2001 Night of Champions, having placed only behind Orville Burke and Dexter Jackson [some say that Dexter should have won - Dexter himself said this].  Keep in mind that Orville was 267-lb to Dexter's 215-lb, so what Orville lacked in conditioning, I feel he more than made up for in size.  The Night of Champions [which became the New York Pro in 2005 when Wayne Demillia left the IFBB, and took the NOC name with him] was always a contest that was one for the size monsters.
