It absolutely was 100% true when I posted it. That went viral on Twitter. I checked it on Google before posting. It showed up for me horizontally but, when I scrolled, the Winston Churchill spot had a black square.
Black squares are currently a thing on social media for BLM. The Blackout movement, "black square on Instagram as a way to show you are "muted and listening" to Black voices and/or to show your solidarity ."

Saying that it is "not true" is like saying that a photo of the World Trade Centers taken in 1990 is not accurate because you can provide a photo of the New York skyline today with no World Trade Centers.
That screenshot and my comments were 100% true when I posted it and many on Twitter commented about it at the time and can also verify it.
