Buy a case of beer and lift it to the side with one arm.

After doing both arms, drink the beer.

After each Beer Do this baby!
In bodybuilding and weight training, using drop sets (aka dropsets, descending sets, strip sets, the multi-poundage system the stripping method, triple-drops, down the rack, or running the rack) is a technique for continuing an exercise with a lower weight once muscle failure has been achieved at a higher weight.

Bench

Increases the chances of shoulder impingement though.

I stick to slight incline bench presses and dumbbell raises.

I do this

I grab the lightest dumbbells i can find then i sit on the floor and to side laterals

The lighter the weight = the bigger the shoulder development.

Excellent!

Start out with a case of 24 and progress to a 30-pack.

Those sound painful as hell.I got a bad right shoulder and any lightweight laterals hurt like hell, the only thing that doesn’t hurt shoulders is shoulder presses.
