The 2 meals a day 2 hour walk a day method

I invented it myself.

I use this time of corona crisis to do something positive, so I'm at a 2 meals a day and 2 hour walk a day program.

I lose roughly 1 pound per week and I'm a couple of weeks from reaching my goal.

I came up with something similar to make myself busy the whole day.
One hour walking and the other one is running. I'm doing it for like 3 weeks now.
The 2 meals a day I can't understand how you live with two meals.

It needs some self control for sure. I'm now on the zero carb diet and plan to move into a carnivore diet for a while. Do you think it's possible to do 2 hours of cardio in this way without being out of focus and energy? This is what has been holding me from the carnivore diet

No idea, never tried any of those extreme diets... but 2 hours cardio is probably excessive for the most part I'd probably do fine with just 1 hour of walking as far as fat loss is conerned I just kinda stepped it up a little now when I'm getting closer to my targeted goal.

It's not excessive if it's just walking. We are predisposed to walk, our grandparents did that the whole day in the fields.
As for the extreme diet, i personnally have to go through them as the 2 months of lockdown I ate too much to weight 40pounds more than my usual weight.

I do roughly the same.Ive been eating one meal a day and a couple Atkins shakes and I walk 1.5 hours a day.

you think 2 hrs a day of a brisk walk is excessive? i take my dogs out for 2 hrs a day, 1 in the morning 1 after work. it's barely 7-8 miles

1.5 hours I get right around 9 miles.Granted I walk like I just stole something and have had cops called on me a few times over the years.

You and I are doing just about the same thing. I started eating between 1-7 everyday, skipping breakfast. I do cardio for 30 minutes on a bike and mix in some weights 20-30 minutes. I’ve lost about 15 pounds during this thing. Skipping breakfast for me is easy, and it takes 600 or so calories out of the mix right away. Keep it up.

Depends on your age and condition of your joints.  My knees tend to start hurting after about 3 miles.  30+ years of intense leg training tends to wear down the hips, especially the knees.  Take note younglings.

This sounds very similar to my "Sea-to-Shining Sea" diet and exercise routine.

You begin walking from the east coast Atlantic Ocean and go west to the Pacific Ocean, only eating one Big Mac per day.  Unlimited water.

I think you plagiarized my diet plan and I am consulting an attorney.
