PRIME, That Ying Bun meal most likely has a lot more ingredients than simply broccoli and chicken.

Lots of salt also ... most likely.

Monosodium glutamate is not same as sodium chloride!

Your not wrong. I never said it was healthy. I ended up eating a chicken Caesar salad with a slice of garlic and cheese toast. Not much better in the salt levels. Salt is one of my downfalls. I've been overusing it for so long that food tastes like cardboard to me without it.

However, their beef broccoli is just beef, broccoli and whatever they make the sauce out of which surely is loaded with salty soy sauce. It comes with steamed rice....to which I add more soy sauce.
