How many guys out there who are in terrible shape (for their standards) right now because of Covid shutdowns? I pinched a nerve in my shoulder/back that sidelined me for a month which added to the transformation to what can only be described as incredibly sad.
Muscle memory is real though. It’s probably not a physical response,  but a reflection on the knowledge of bodybuilding, and “ mind to muscle” you have from experience.

Nope. Knew all I could do was bullshit workouts in the park with gyms closed so I dieted my ass over during the shutdown. Was really lean when the gyms opened back up. Your lack of willpower disgusts me LoL

Willpower has nothing to do with an real injury dipshit. And as I said “for their standards” which means my standards are high and when I say I’m out of shape, it means I’m still in  shape. I glad you dieted down. Means you were fat before.

At least my joints have never felt better. A break from weights is probably beneficial. CNS recharges and you get the “fire” back.
