Not a billionaire, but the President of the largest Civil Engineering firm in Texas died last week of it.  It was quite delayed, he caught the Rona 8 weeks ago and died of complications from it.  He was a rather large man and in his 60's, so he might have had existing conditions.  He was worth millions, but nothing crazy.

Let me guess.  He was shot, then run over by a truck, then burnt to a crisp, then eaten by a shark who likes well done meat.

I read his company profile and he sounds like he was a great guy. In my experience I've seen guys with his build start running into heart issues in their late 40's. My first manager at General Electric looked like his twin. He had a heart attack and died at 55!
