Obama created ISIS. How? He gave 500 million in arms and vehicles to the non existent Syrian resistance hoping to over throw the government fighters. Immediately those arms were in the hands of the newly created ISIS group that spread chaos across so many regions in the middle east. Obama couldn't control the spread of ISIS because he had his flunkies micro managing the military. They couldn't even engage a target without permission. That permission decision was often state side. Artillery use wasn't allowed. Here comes Trump. He says I want them dead. The military ask what are the rules of engagement? Trump says by any means possible. They are wiped out very quickly.
