To be fair I think most of us have done some ego lifting when we were on back in the day. I guess I probably wouldnt have been posting it on social media forums though if the technology had been available back then. Im 50 now and my knees and shoulders are shot along with my upper neck but despite very heavy bent row and dumbell rows I always managed very good form and my spine, apart from my neck, touch wood no homo, hasnt f&$ked out yet. Tell u what though, I have two and half yr old twins and Id venture that my back will also be shot soon enuff. Im 6’3 and though they only weight 15 kg each they know how to pivot and arch so that every cuddle, nappy change and carry is taking its toll. Little buggers😂
