Ramy is a continuity of the freakish era started by Yates and then Coleman. 
As for the back, Coleman had a way thicker back but in width Ramy crush all bodybuilders from now and back then.

This is what he should target right now. From march 2020 to now his calves got bigger as well as the hams. A thicker lower back is a way easier than calves.
I guess he'll reign for a few years if he keeps coming shredded. There's nobody at his level right now.

I`ve seen way better guys at local shows.

He`d be lucky to place top 5 in his class at the New Englands or The Eastern America just for 2 examples.

Looks like a bag of smashed assholes and to think that at one time to win that title meant everything...........SAD !!
