Guess I'll give a quick update, if any one cares.

I been swamped with work since this covid shit started. Things are finally starting to slow down a little. Being working out at home, with just a rack and dumbbells. Neglecting legs like a beta bitch, because I can't squat with my back.

Doing cardio on a peloton bike. (Peloton is mostly my SOs.) She loves it. I find it ok, not really worth the money IMO. Haven't been to a gym in over a year. Got my covid vaccines but still not going for a while, because I got immunocompromised parents.
