Not denying he wasn’t a strong bloke but his 500x20 bench claim obviously shit there’s a longer video near the bottom of his video list where he works up to 3 plates a side and gets 2 unassisted then ads a half either side and needs a spot on the first rep

Brian was the toughest man who ever lived. Only Steven Seagal would have been able for the likes of Brian in the 80s and 90s. With his superb Aikido he will deflect his immensely powerful strikes and grab the wrist and irimi Nage Brian into the cobbles with Pretty Boy Roy and The Guv’nor watching on in disbelief
