I agree with Al. Covid is a depopulation agenda. But not only of Africans. The elite want people of all races gone. And let's face it the world would function fine with 500 million people. Everything will be automated in the near future there literally is no use for billions of Africans and people of other races.

Instead of genocide with biological agents why don’t they just sterilize them? Most would probably do it willingly.

The endless vaccines will sterilize. But I have heard the men could be at risk of being sterilized after contracting Covid. Remember it was manufactured in a Wuhan lab and contains strains of HIV in it. God knows what else they cooked up in that soup.

Very good question! I hate White Guilt, so I sort of brushed off discussion of colonialism in the past, but with direct economic colonialism of Africa by China, it made it hard for me to not think about colonialism's entire history there.

To attempt to answer your question: it seems to be easier said than done. Idi Amin attempted to enact Black Nationalism in Uganda, and is remembered in history as a savage tyrant. Muammar Gaddafi wanted to unify Africa and create a gold-based currency ["The African Dinar"], and we know how that ended for him. 

It's odd that Whites have been kicked out of Africa, declaring all these African countries "independent" only for the Chinese to do the same?  It makes me wonder who pulls the strings. Then I go to conspiracy theories - like how Jewish/Rothschild interests probably stop entities from getting too powerful. Maybe that is why we have gone from Whites historically colonizing Africa to the Chinese currently doing it, with pressure mounting to stomp out the Chinese economy a little...perhaps moving cheap manufacturing to India?

India will offer high-ish IQ production for low prices. China is trying to make Africa "China's China" [there are some good videos on this on YouTube, one of which is below], but it seems the African low average IQ is making that difficult for the production of medicines [but ok for textiles + stealing metals and minerals].

Speaking of Idi Amin, I find it hilarious how much bling "The Black Hitler" gave to himself, compared to the low-key uniform of Hitler himself.  This is one example of why I find it silly to deny racial stereotypes, IMO.

Speaking of Africa...on the plus side, Zimbabwe is now filled with millions of Black billionaires and trillionaires? 

Yep the Chinese don't suffer from any guilt. They'll take over Africa. All those Africans thinking their population will grow by billions have a surprise waiting for them.
