On a serious note, the counselors will have some calls directed to them that appear to be having a mental crisis.
They have a pilot program in Chicago for some to actually go and render "help".
Things like suicide prevention and various psychological break downs will use their services.
Obviously, some violent offender may abuse the system and we'll see how it goes.
