All I know is I woke up 225 today am and my body is telling me to take a full day off and just eat and rest. I am overtrained and dehydrated having tendon pain and muscle cramps. I need to just eat and recover another day.

And DPP was and is awesome he came into wrestling late looked like a normal dude but had enough charisma that people loved him. He now helps broke down old wrestlers and regular people get their mobility back.

You have high lats.  There is no cure.

My only suggestion is to do close grip rowing or close grip pullups or pulldowns.

However, it's impossible to fix really.  You don't have the necessary muscle insertions.
