There is nothing to stop him from trying but based on his charges he would not fare well.

In CA they would have arrested her and let him keep the car.

If it was a white woman who did this with help from a bunch of white men, and the thief was black, would the media still respect it the way they do in this case?

HAHAH!  Gotta love how the libtard media tried to handle obamas sons case! His two most recent pics on his facebook were of him smoking weed/flipping off the camera/and holding a gun.  Yet they use one of him that was 5+ years old and makes him look like a good little kid.  I wonder why? LOL!
