Tyra Grove Krause, the SSIs acting academic director, said a new wave of infections were expected after people return to work and school at the end of this summer, but it should not be cause for alarm. “It will be more reminiscent of the flu,” Krause said.

We are still dealing with cellular replication mechanisms.  Faulty enzymes on cells cause the growth of cancerous cells.  Our little vaccines play with cellular enzymes on the membranes to produce spikes.  We are looking for errors in millions upon millions of replications.  J and J is good at this with their long history.  Heard Pzifer got a couple of suits on the books too. Don't want to hear the pro-vaxxers or whoever they are crying about cancer and lawsuit 7-10 yrs from now.

I'm 100% sure the spike replication process can miss a cell with faulty enzymes in a pre-cancerous state and replicate spikes on it.  Since it's been proven by virologist the cells don't stay localize in the shoulder, it's all fun and games a couple of years from now for the pro-vaxxers.
