Proprietary blend meaning it could be 3000mg of monohydrate and pixie dusting the rest. That's why it's so cheap. 
As a rule I don't buy anything proprietary blended because it's always a scam.

There are a few exceptions as a few proprietary blends actually list each ingredient and how much of it is in the blends. But that's rare.
Besides, it's cheaper for me to make Cell-Tech by getting all the components: ALA, creatine, Dextrose, and chromium picolinate. On sites like Puritan's Pride or Piping Rock, you can get those on sale dirt cheap.
Worst case scenario, you can get all of the aforementioned ingredients at Wal-Mart.
