Anyone ever used this supplement? Formulated by Evan Centopani, not a huge supplement guy, but when in a hurry I I'll grab a shake here and there. If not Animal meal, any other meal replacement shakes you guys recommend?

Evans's uncle Paul thought Ric Flair tried to ruin his career because Ric was jealous of him.  Imagine if Paul had gotten the push he deserved, these meal replacements would be on another level.

all natural ingredients,  some of what I remember is beef protein, egg protein,  carbs from sweet potatoes, tapioca, oats,  fats from olive oil. Seems legit.

It's made from beef, eggs, sweet potatoes,  oats, olive oil...I don't digest whey/dairy well.
