I wonder if he paid attention watching the video?  Nope, no way in hell could he toy with that dumbbell so casually. Then he hands the dumbbell to an assistant who plays along getting handed the dumbbell as he pretends he can't hold it as it rides warp speed to the floor.

He was watching and paying attention from what I could tell on his show when he was discussing it. For a guy into MMA and hormones and all that it seemed a very ridiculous thing to say, even if he was "playing the middle" like he likes to do. Sometimes you need to call bullshit out.

A barbell loaded with solid cast aluminum made to resemble 500 pounds of iron would weigh about 180 lbs...ignoring the bar and clamps.

Notice the bar barely moves as he does rapid reps.

Plus, you've got a HS drop out wearing a Harvard sweatshirt , spotting with 2 rejects from the Jazz Kings.

Then, you've got Vince McMahn in classic gray sweats from Wal-Mart.

Lastly, the guy benching is a WWE pro wrassler, which everyone knows is a real "sport".

Those wts are as fake as Pam Anderson's boobs on Baywatch .

Mark Henry was a pro wrestler too, as was Ken Patera. I guess we just throw their lifts out the door. There goes Henry's 2002 ASC Strongman title.
