I just read he's not eligible for parole until December of 2026.  Maybe something has changed?

He's had parole dates, but realistically he isn't getting out till Summer of 2029 at the earliest, and maybe Summer of 2033, if he goes full ride.

He got sentenced consecutively. He finished the murder portion of the sentence, now he's in the middle of the kidnapping portion, next he has to do the arson portion. 

Edit - I see some articles saying that with time served while he was waiting for trail, he could start realistically asking for parole in very late 2026. Realistically he won't get it.
