The younger guys like Labrada and Walker smoke him. He’s too old at this point to improve to add the size needed safely.
Oh I’m not disputing one bit about guys like LaBrada and Walker and with no disrespect to Patrick, he’s not at their level. With those guys you’re talking about literally the top of 1/2% of the genetic freaks in bodybuilding. But as far Patrick making improvements, it’s not because he’s too old. His conditioning is hit and miss and IMO, is an easy improvement if HE can stay consistent. I think he know as we all know he’ll never be the biggest on stage but if he can nail his conditioning and be consistent with it and pick his shows wisely, I feel he has a few more wins in him. Older bodybuilders when they were his age kept on making improvements in every way, bringing up weak body parts, size, conditioning and yes, even symmetry.
Look at Kamal, I competed against him in 2007 and he was great then, now he’s won the Arnold and the Olympia in his late 40’s and in the top 3 at the Olympia for 5 years. It can be done
