It is interesting how many people want to take insulin to increase muscle mass (how, I have no idea).  I would think roids would build just as much but without the added risk of taking insulin when you are not a diabetic.

 You actually hear relatively few horror stories about insulin, but maybe most incidents aren't reported.

I would just think that the risk on insulin shock and decrease in natural insulin production.  I know there are risks with AAS and GH but I think those carry less risk and increase muscle mass in a better way without the guts.

 Oh yeah, I mean that you hear few stories about insulin shock, but altering endogenous insulin production is obviously something you don't want to do.
