even if on disability and getting that free money u should be running or walking or working

Seems bodybuilders try to take shortcuts by having sit down jobs to conserve mass. This 'resting' weakens the heart.

If.  You keep an 8 hour pace on your feet all day your heart and lungs will be in top shape
