Unless you have a muscular body and a pencil neck, why would non-football players train neck?A thick neck looks disgusting most of the time, unless you have the frame to fill it out.Most people do not need to specifically train the neck.
I use 5-10 lbs for 2-3 sets of 10+ reps. Just hang my head over the edge of the bench, hold the plate to my forehead and curl up. Looks great, even in a suit & tie .... Get a lot of bang for your buck w this one
Ill use other methods than that. Might work, but its pretty gay.
to tone it up and get some definition. A neck w some defined neck muscles makes you look athletic, like you played ball in college or something.
