why arent people flipping home depot tuff sheds?
« on: April 04, 2022, 06:32:45 PM »
Get a lot in a redneck city . Hopefully it perks or if it doesnt design a 3 k or less sewage treatment. 2k build a well for water. 1to3k power permit wiring. Order a 2 story tuff shed from hd 18k have it deliverd . Bulid foundation 4k one brick thick or cinder blocks 20 inches off ground. Install flooring drywall fixtures 10to12k

About 50k invested a well built 2 story tuff shed could easily sell for 130k.    not a bad investment no reason to be a poor redneck or poor black boy

Vince will put up a dozen of these and rent them to fellow black folk.

He'll be rich.

Do this Marty. Dont be a coward.

Invest 20k. 10k for the shed 5k for the well and you can do your own septic tank for under 2k.

I'm sure you can sell a Tuff Shed as a livable space for $130k.

Do redneck cities give away free land to put these sheds/houses on?  I feel like that's a missing, yet important, part of your plan.
