Hell yeah! Mike, you ever see the older blonde chick with the stripper-sized rack? I was training legs next to her about 2 months ago and she was doing about double the weight than me. I think she had the Cybex leg press maxed out with 45s. Then did the plate loaded squat machine nearly maxed out. Then she went on to do barbell lunges across the gym, and I want to say she worked up to over 225. Possibly 275  She looked in great shape for her age, but was freakishly strong. I don’t think I’ve ever seen any females do what she was doing and very few males even.

That could be a couple of different chicks … (I been going there / working there for a long long time! .. it started out as a World Gym many years ago ..  my buddy Marty Vranicar bought it and had me run the personal training department… weird thing now is all the kids there ..,, filming every set/ rep and workout ..  flexing in the mirror and a bunch of them are IFBB Pros … you would never know it to look at them tho! … but at least as a “Busy Body Gym” we get like Nick Walker /Ramy and a bunch of other “ real pros “ training there! … you jump around to other gyms in the area?? Where else is good??! ..  I been training there so long I’d like to just try out a different gym ..  was thinking “ Revive gym “ in Stuart or the “ Dragons Lair” in Boca Raton or .. the “ Redcon gym” …lot of “ eye candy “ lately tho at my gym..  you see me there come up and say hi man!

I definitely will. I haven’t been to Busy Body in a few weeks. One of the last times I went, some homeless looking guy must’ve got hit by a car or something while on his bike, and he was bleeding all over the place by the front door. The front desk powerlifting chick (Joanna?) tried to bleach it, but that stain is still there haha. I either go to Jupiter Fitness or train in my garage. JF isn’t as dedicated to bodybuilding as BB, although Debi Laszewski trains people there. I think Busy Body is a great gym though. One of my favorites. I take advantage of Fitness Your Way and can train at a lot of different gyms which is nice. You’re definitely right about the pros. You wouldn’t know unless you found them on Instagram. I saw August Lisec around there the most and Nick Walker twice

He`s a great guy.....had an awesome build and could pose like Ed Corney when he was competing.

I used to train at a gym in Stuart....can`t remember the name, but I did a few workouts with IFBB pro Dave Marinelli at Bob Benedix` World Gym when I lived in Port St. Lucie.
