I'm glad we distinguished coffee versus caffeine in this thread.
Coffee is fine - if anything, it's healthy. Perhaps not in mass quantities, but other than that, it's fine.
Caffeine = depends on the blend it's in. My friend got a form of neuropathy from drinking 4x MONSTER Energy drinks daily for months and months on end. I don't know if it cleared up when it stopped, because I lost touch. But it was determined to be the definite cause. Possibly due to the taurine or something else. It wasn't the 640mg of daily caffeine [even though that is a bit high].
