Hang on...just FYI, I can still get hard, but...my mind just isn't there.

Could my whole avoiding women/fucking have caused these changes?

Once I stopped dating/fucking, these numbers got worse.

I'm not trying to put the chicken before the egg here...but it seems related.

Everything on my tests so far were in the normal ranges, except for TSH. My doctor has ordered me another blood test for next week to rule out autoimmune diseases, like Hashimoto's disease.

He thinks my obsession with low calories [1,200 max daily] has caused my body to essentially slow down.

A caloric deficit will definitely slow your thyroid down in a matter of weeks

Wow...for some reason I thought working out increases creatine kinase, not creatinine. But...it's creatine levels that change?

And as I understand it, as long as protein is not being excreted in urine, an EGFR of 60-89 is fine?

Mine was 100, and I didn't want a cycle to push it way down. That said, I am also chronically dehydrated.

How much water do you drink daily?

How much is optimal?

I drink about a gallon a day. If you live in a cooler climate less would likely be fine.

Creatine is created by both protein breakdown as well as muscle tissue. The more muscle tissue you have the higher your baseline creatine level will be. Dehydration can affect your creatine levels as well.

An elevated eGFR is either pathological or physiological. Pathological means your kidneys are not functioning optimally- you will also see your blood urea nitrogen (BUN) levels increase as the kidneys also clear the urea from the blood.

If a person puts on muscle mass the creatine levels will rise, causing the eGFR to lower but this is called a Physiological lowering and is of no concern. The BUN levels will stay normal and if you want to be sure you can do the 24 hr urine challenge. Very common with athletes.

Not saying to ignore gfr but if monitoring BUN levels simultaneously true kidney issues will manifest in both.

In my case, it's been low calories for decades! And then I bought into the vegan brainwashing, and reduced calories even more, and that is when my slow thyroid issues started.

Maybe now is the time for a cycle, to see if the extra calories will bring my thyroid to normal levels.

My doctor thinks that's the issue.

I told you to increase calories specifically carbs in my other post. You need to reverse diet.

Got it.

Now will be the time, since I'd like to run a cycle. Then I can see if my slow thyroid reverses.

Just got 2 of these 3 results back.

Any Getbig doctors in the house?

I have no idea what is optimal here - this seems to be in the normal range, but one source I read online said that thyroglobulin antibody over 10 could means cancer, but for individuals with specific conditions. Another source said 40+ is bad, as per the reference range shown below.

I'm not sure if these results need to be interpreted with respect to my previous results. But basically, thus far, I have a slightly higher TSH, but everything else is in the normal range.

I guess it is just a matter of me needing to eat more. Hopefully.

Why do you under eat?

Thank you for asking, Rami.

I am a major hypochondriac. I fear for everyone's health. Autistic people are hyper-overstimulated. So if I literally exercise and my heart starts rising [obviously], I'll be concerned.

For this reason, I cannot smoke THC. I lose my mind. I literally experience multiple times the paranoia others do, and experience it every time.

And as for the very specific reason I under-eat:

In 2004, I read numerous studies on mice that showed that calorie-deprived/restricted mice had better coats of fur, and better overall health outcomes. I also read that the biggest environmental component that super-centenarians [people aged 110+] have in common is restricted calories. Lastly, in 2008, I read that we only *need* 800 calories daily, to survive.

So from there, I initially restricted calories to 1,200 to 1,500 daily, and then starting around 2014-2015, I was brainwashed by Vegan Gains to reduce meat, when I was already eating that little.

And then my calories dropped to probably an average of just over 1,100 daily, with probably half of all days being at 1,000, give or take. Though I almost always met by minimum nutrient requirements.

And now - here I am. I just got my last test result back [below], and my thyroid function is normal, aside from high TSH [=slow thyroid] caused by low calories.

My doctor has advised me to increase calories by 300 daily to start. So I should try to hit that former average of 1,200 to 1,500 daily.

But since I'm doing a cycle this month, I think I'll immediately go to 2,500 daily, then increase that to 3,000+.

My thyroid test results - which have now ruled out autoimmune diseases, and proven my slow thyroid is due solely to low calories:

Some here may, lol.

I always feel the need to be thorough when making my point, just to not miss important details.

And there are benefits to being this diligent overall - I think it's the reason I've never had anything off in blood tests [aside from TSH], and probably why I've never broken a bone, and have only gone to a hospital five times in my life [twice for stitches].

I'm exceedingly cautious - and by going over every single detail ad nauseum...it can pay off in other ways. I should stick with posts no longer than this one, from now on.
