99% of the guys writing here would like to have a few kilos of pacos muscle ,that hardness and quality is dificult to see, and he is like that all year round, ask milos he did se it with his eyes a few months back and he couldt believe the conditioning.
now start writing about gear or all the other stupid things, the truth is that nobody trains like paco does,
