How do get the motivation to train that often? Are you making any gains?
Vince I just looked in the mirror and saw an entirely different person than the one I always had been.
I sat around like a sloth and did absolutely nothing for 5 years, eating junk food almost exclusively, and chain smoking cigarettes.
I had a gut.....first time I ever had a gut in my entire life.
I started back doing pathetic pushups....and I mean the few I could muster up were pathetic. LOL

Anyway, just kept making my training more and more progressive and started to eat more like a bodybuilder and health minded person and literally transformed how I look.
Making slow and steady progress but of course I`m far from done.
