So absurd. The incision scars behind each knee were 1/4” x 4”. I’m pretty sure the surgeon opened him up with rusty spoon instead of a scalpel.

And his calves were not horrible to start.

Arnold always had better arms than Lou, Lou had better calves though, later in his career (some claim it was implants though)

Is it the Hanky right arm or the lanky legs? Both

Tbh calves are a muscle group that is overrated IMO, as long as your calves are thicker than your forearms that's all that matters, assuming your forearms are proportional with your upper arm
