This FREAK has recovery figured out.

This guy is obviously on the sauce but uses it. I do like his workout routine and insane lifts.lol                           I know the guy is from Sacramento, so close to L.A.

I do something similar to what's described in the video, but it's not so much for "recovery". I do it more cos I just don't want DOMS. Can confirm it works for natties.

It's not really anything new though. Just hit bodyparts two or three a week with less volume and be more active. This basically what Reeves was doing back in the day.
