Listen, if you’re breathing, you can jam metal and please Odin with a warrior mindset.

Fortress lifts very ponderous weights and backs down burgers like a Viking.

There’s zero reason to concern oneself with not breathing, because at that point, you are not breathing.

Young, old. What’s the difference.

Metal, iron, beef, nude broads … Hoist the shit up.

I am going to be 55 in January. I can sit on my ankles with 500 across my back and grin defiance and domination.

Shit hurts sometimes, sure. That’s good stuff. Gotta sport some drugstore goggles to read the fine print in the CD booklet to find out where it was recorded. Sexy sophistication in Fortressland.

Swing the hammer as hard as possible and then take whatever time it takes to reload the barrels.

Either kill me or get the frick outta my way.

Haha!

there's some arguments to be made for that excessive cardio damages your heart more than it does good
That's why I avoid it. ;D

all species have an average number of heart beats which dictates life expectancy , the faster the heartbeat the shorter the lifespan.

Cardio increases heart rate, the offset is once you are fit you have a lower resting heart rate.

Swings and roundabouts...

that is pretty much exactly the take I have.

A number of contractions before the heart's muscle cells and connective tissues starts detoriorating from not regenerating fast enough and accumulates damage/dead cells and scarr tissue

ofcourse diet and lifestyle, stress, hormones and whatnot elongates or shortens this number of heartbeats.

also when the pulse gets high and your heart contracts harder and faster to supply blood, there will also be a higher demand on the heart and possible damage if you do it too often before you let it recover. It is after all a muscle. A different kind of muscle than skeletal muscle but even so it needs more "rest" to recover aswell. So personally I don't think you should raise your heart rate to the max with like HIT training 2 days in a row, you need to let it rest and recover.

Why do you talk like you are retarded?

Do you mean "speak" or actually "write" in this case?

Nothing worse than a grammarnazi that can't do better.

You guys can check out Longecity.org/forums. There is plenty of DIY life extension there.

There is always Plan B as well. "B" as in biopreservation.

Think of it as a bio-engineering challenge and your body is the experiment.
