We all have the same future...death and eventually no memory of even existing.

I have lived a full and satisfying life. At almost 80 there are still projects left that interest me.

In the end it really doesn't matter to anyone else how we lived our lives.

This is very cool. I don't really know much about Elon as I don't follow this stuff too closesly, but it seems as though the guy and his company are making some really meaningful contributions to the world and offering legitimate opportunities to find a route off this entirely bleak path we're on. Pisses me off that I can't peer a few hundred years into the future and see how it all plays out.
