No, I'm in SoCA - I was just visiting friends in Portland.
That's a heck of an experience that gal had. 
One of my sons was working in Berlin and became sick with C-19 and had to quarantine until he tested negative. He came back home and then had to go back to Berlin, but he had to show proof of the jabs.
I unfortunately live in Portland.
The courthouse in downtown Portland is the Multnomah County Courthouse. I had to go there just last week. Surprisingly I was told, rather curtly if not rudely, "You have to wear a mask!" Said by some kid that looks like she wore her dads cop uniform to work. As she's talking AT me she's simultaneously pointing to a box full of masks.
So I get to the courtroom and the judge isn't wearing a mask. I thought wtf? . I ask one of the deputies/bailiffs humorously why none of the judges are wearing masks. He answers in a way that lets me know its total bullshit and he gets asked this question nonstop throughout his day: because the judges sit further away and higher than everyone else they are exempt from their own mandate! Yes. The mask mandate is in place in the courthouse specifically because the judges demand it BUT they exempt themselves from following their own rule! Wow. And Im relying on this judge for a fair and impartial application of the law.
Thats the most troubling part ofliving in the U.S. today, maybe most civilized parts of the world, is that the people and institutions we were raised to trust have all betrayed us:
We grew up trusting the News-for the most part- would tell us the truth.
That politicians would do what was right for everyone - even if you weren't a part of that political party.
That teachers would help our children develop study habits and learn important skills like language, arithmetic and history.
That judges and lawyers were interested in justice and fairness.
That doctors and nurses would only hive you sound medical advice backed up with proven treatments and not gamble with your life.
Everysingle one of those institutions has betrayed their patrons. How comfortable all of them are with telling a bald faced lie. Right to your face. Blatantly misusing of their trust so casually (and generally accepted by the sheep) that you begin to question your own sanity.
And Portland....man Portland is stocked full of rich, liberal assholes. They heap so much shame on themselves for being white it's disgusting. But they overcompensate by being smug, arrogant, condescending pricks about every other facet of their existence.
