his quads and hams sucked (plus we were all training at the same gym/ Golds Gym Everett Massachusetts…the big rivalry was between Mike and Paul Demayo (who also trained there) so as you can imagine…Matarazzo was considered lacking (DeMayo had huge arms / quads / hamstrings and calves … all Mike had was Arms and Calves (Chest/ Back / quads / hams all mediocre) long torso and a weak back/Lats  (trust me I saw him everyday and at night … his wife was a bartender where I was a bouncer ) there were just way too many complete and quality physique’s back then! … he was a freak tho and people loved when  He hit an arm/ bicep or calf pose!  .. he stopped traffic one night when he came to “ Bleachers in Salem Massachusetts to visit his wife after he had just won the 1991 USA’s and was hanging outside in a tank top
