Regarding his cycle

Leading up to a show there really isnt any point using huge amounts of gear, the body is in a deficit, it cant grow unless you feed it.

I preped for a show years back and mid prep I went to see a trusted guy to give me some feedback.
He told me I wasnt taking enough, I trebled my dosage, I also upped my carbs.
In 6 weeks I gained 2lbs

Was taking all that extra really worth it?

These guys are genetic freaks that blow up on next to nothing
I knew a guy years ago that blew up like a balloon from slim to capped delts and 20lb heavier on a shot of parabolon a week.

Bob was catty and jealous  after this show , after getting so badly "out sized" he ran around the boards claiming  the pictures of ruhl where photo shopped, then some one posted video and jealous Bob went quite  like a church mouse

you have good genes/prep well ,that guy you just mentioned has to be a freak then..at least in the future then you didn't follow that advice again.
