The .1% want a dumbed down, easily controlled, low expectation, light brown class of "world citizen" as a servant class. About 500 million of them... Do the math on that and work backward from their plan to see how it unfolds.

In their eyes it's a return to serfdom that saves the planet for those that can manage the resources responsibly. With artificial intelligence ramping up to take the place of hundreds of millions of rudimentary jobs, the plan takes hold more and more.

Half the reason they are trying to get people back in the office at these major corps is to review what they are actually doing and fire them. A buddy of mine is in the internet security operations in banking. Half of his staff on this team he just took over is living in vans barely working remote. Most of them probably milking 2 or 3 companies with a couple of hours of work a week... they are about to be fired...and he is using AI scripts to track their work for proof that they are not needed. Multiply that times all the large companies and you have a huge wave of firings coming.
