Free wifi from one of the stores around him....last I heard he was in the woods behind a shopping center, plus the free government cell phone service he is leeching off of, pretty sure has data that allows him to surf the web, however limited that might be monthly...might explain his posting then going MIA until the data capacity restarts the next cycle. Ive seen his loser ass dumpster diving in the dumpsters onback of the stores which isn't too far from vicinity of pitched up tent.
