Im taking "Dat Dere Anabolic Cobbler". I seem to be growing. I'll be ready for the "Mr. Pudding Belly" by April.In all seriousness, I used to eat for maintenance, I slowly grew over the years.Last couple of years adding 1K over maintenance, Ive gained size even at my age. A bit in the stomach as well, but put on some muscle.My strength has not gone down yet at 56. Food is anabolic.
